One posting in. A tailored resume, a matching cover letter, and an application form that fills itself. All of it inside this browser.
Picking up exactly where the demo above left off — this is the whole product, in the order you actually meet it.

Requirements and key points pulled out and structured, with the score broken down.
It picks the modules that fit this posting from resume-master.pdf, tells you why, and you tick or untick every one. It never invents an entry.
Most relevant backend fit: REST APIs at 2M+ req/day, PostgreSQL, caching, tests.
Strongest project match: REST API + PostgreSQL + JWT, containerised with Docker.
Each rewrite is shown against the line it replaces. Apply them one at a time or all at once — nothing reaches the document until you say so.

I’m interested in the Software Developer Co-op at Info-Tech Research Group. The role’s focus on front-end and back-end delivery fits my background.
At Nimbus Technologies I designed and shipped REST APIs and worked with PostgreSQL, writing the unit and integration tests the posting asks for.

10 of 12 required fields filled in about eight seconds — 83%. The other 2 are handed back to you on purpose. SealApply stops at the filled form; you read it over and send it yourself.
No premium tier. No subscription. No paywall between you and a better application. SealApply is built to keep the entire job application workflow free.
Your browser does the work — parsing, tailoring, scoring, and PDF rendering. Your applications and history stay on your device, not in a database we control.
No black-box rewrites. No locked-in AI provider. No account holding your application history hostage.
SealApply has no backend that stores resumes. Everything is written to your browser's IndexedDB. The only text that leaves your device is what you send to the AI provider you chose, and it goes there directly.
The optimizer is constrained to rewriting, reordering and re-emphasizing what is already in your resume. It does not add employers, dates, titles, degrees or skills you did not list.
Changes arrive as a reviewable diff with per-change accept and reject, so a tailored resume is never a black box you have to proofread from scratch.
SealApply does not charge a subscription. Use the built-in Puter provider with no API key, a free-tier key from Gemini, NVIDIA or OpenRouter, or your own paid OpenAI or Claude key - you pay the provider, not us.

Find quick answers to common questions about SealApply — how the tailoring works, where your data lives, and what it costs.
SealApply is a free, local-first AI tool that tailors your resume to a specific job description, scores it for ATS keyword coverage, generates a matching cover letter, autofills the employer's application form, and tracks your applications. It runs in your browser, and your resume data is stored there rather than on a server.
No. SealApply's optimizer is restricted to rewriting, reordering and re-emphasizing the experience already in your resume. It does not add employers, job titles, dates, degrees or skills you did not provide, and every change it proposes is shown as a diff you approve or reject before it is applied.
In your own browser, using IndexedDB. SealApply does not operate a server that receives or backs up your resumes, profile or saved jobs, which also means clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently - use Settings then Backup to export a copy you control.
SealApply works with Google Gemini, NVIDIA Nemotron, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Claude from Anthropic, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. It also includes a built-in Puter provider that needs no API key, and Gemini, NVIDIA and OpenRouter all offer free tiers.
SealApply does not charge a subscription for its resume tailoring, ATS scoring, cover letter or tracking features. You supply the AI model, either through the built-in Puter provider at no cost, a free-tier API key from Gemini, NVIDIA or OpenRouter, or your own paid OpenAI or Claude key billed by that provider.
SealApply scores keyword coverage and match percentage against the job description you pasted and renders clean, parseable PDF templates, which addresses the two things applicant tracking systems most often fail on. No tool can guarantee a pass, because each employer configures its ATS and its screening rules differently.
No. SealApply runs in a normal web browser with no desktop install, and a service worker lets it keep working offline. An optional browser widget called Job Snag can capture job postings from a careers page straight into your job list.
Three things: your resume stays in your browser instead of being uploaded to a vendor's servers, the AI is constrained so it cannot invent experience, and every edit is presented as a reviewable diff instead of a finished document you have to fact-check. You also choose and pay your own AI provider rather than being locked into one.
Yes. SealApply generates a cover letter from the same resume and job description it used for tailoring, with a choice of classic, corporate-minimal and signature-serif templates, and exports it alongside the resume.
Yes. The SealApply browser widget autofills an employer's application form field by field from your profile and attaches your tailored resume and cover letter. It leaves questions it cannot answer truthfully, such as your start date, for you to fill in, and it never submits on its own - you review the form and click Submit.
No. Auto-apply bots send applications in bulk without you seeing them; SealApply's autofill fills one application at a time, for a job you chose and a resume tailored to it, and you submit it yourself. That keeps every application accurate and in your name.
Yes. Paste the job description and SealApply reports keyword coverage, a match percentage and an ATS-compatibility estimate for your resume against that specific posting, with no subscription. You can then tailor the resume and re-score it to see whether the draft actually improved.
Yes. Settings then Backup exports your entire workspace - profile, resumes, jobs and application history - as a single file, and importing it on another machine restores everything, with conflict resolution when a record already exists on both sides.
